You are exceptional at what you do!
Mick, This letter is in appreciation for the fine job you did selling our property. As a young adult who has bought and sold 4 properties in my life and dealt with numerous real estate agents, your service is incomparable. However, I believe what truly sets you out from any other real estate agent is your mastery of marketing. The vehicles and methods of marketing real estate are taken to the extreme of excellence in dealing with you. The holistic vision of the buying and selling process, the intricacies, nuances of branding a property and the execution of bringing buyers to us was pretty incredible. If I were ever to buy or sell another piece of property or know someone that wants to buy or sell a piece of property in Central Texas I would refer them to your without hesitation. You are exceptional at what you do! Thank you for all your help. For the first time I can say my real estate agent has earned every penny of his commission. Best Wishes!

You have a story to tell about me. You've worked with me, and I've helped you buy or sell a home. I need your feedback. Others need your feedback, too! Please take a moment to fill out this form and tell me how I did...
Working With An Agent >The Exclusive Sale
The most common and popular arrangement to have with a real estate agent when selling a specific property is an "exclusive right-to-sell". This type of agreement has advantages for both the broker and the seller. It allows an agent to give his or her full attention to marketing a seller's home or property for a certain period of time without competition from other real estate companies.
Within such an exclusive arrangement, the real estate agent shares the listing with national and worldwide referral networks through the Multiple Listing Service that is subscribed to by most real estate sales professionals. The MLS listing assures your home of the widest possible exposure to the market place.
Nine out of ten homes that are sold today are "listed" homes (more in some markets). Enough said!
