My massive web presence is the key thing that differentiates me from other Realtors in Austin. Some of my websites utilize expensive ranking techniques that ensure that the website shows up in the first few pages of search results in major Internet search engines. I have also received additional training and certification as an e-PRO Internet Professional, so I know all the tricks to give your property maximum exposure on the Internet. My listings were viewed by more than 196,000 buyers on the Internet this year!
Crosswind Realty’s strong Internet presence brings many of those buyers directly to me first. I also maintain strong relationships with many Buyers’ Agents in town and frequently communicate with them regarding my listings. E-mail announcements featuring your home are also sent to my database of thousands of active buyers! That database is currently over 15,000 buyers, and it grows daily.
I have also been certified as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and I’m one of just a handful of Realtors in Austin with that designation.
When your property is advertised, it should look its best. We will professionally photograph your home and create an extensive Virtual Tour. We offer advice on ways to “stage” your home to sell. Because photos sell, we even do Virtual Tours for raw land - very few agents offer that.
In addition, we send approximately 6,000 targeting mailings every month in Austin and advertise in many publications. All of these advertisements direct readers to one of my several websites, which feature all of my property listings.
I advertise full-color quarter-page ads in both Lake Travis newspapers - The Log covering the north shore, and The Lake Travis View on the south shore.
Because so many buyers relocating from out of state find me via the Internet, I’ve been featured in the L.A. Times in an article about Californians flocking to Texas. I have worked with The Travel Channel to film one of my lakefront buyers in a 30-minute episode of Vacation Home Search. All forms of my media exposure direct readers and viewers to my websites, which feature YOUR property, so you directly benefit!
