The Crosswind Realty Team Is On YOUR Side! You know how they say that behind every successful man is a great woman? Well, I've got 3 of them!
My wife, Dr. Tracy Angelocci, has built a thriving medical practice, successfully led a large software firm as vice president, and now spearheads the advertising, marketing, and business development aspects of Crosswind Realty. She is a REALTOR in her own right and has a client base of fellow doctors and former patients, as well as a growing investor clientele.
I have two additional full-time personal assistants who ensure that my time is freed up to work directly with my clients and that no details of any transactions are overlooked. My clients know that they can speak with me directly at any time they'd like (you don't have to "go through an assistant"), but our clients end up enjoying my assistants so much that they specifically choose to call them directly.
One assistant, Barbara, works primarily with Sellers, attending to the advertising and marketing of our properties, following up with REALTORs who show our listings, and staying in constant contact with our clients.
My other "right arm" is Christi, my Transaction Coordinator (and a licensed REALTOR). She focuses on the dozens of critical steps involved in a transaction once a contract is in place, so she works with both my Sellers and Buyers.
Clients rave about the personal, caring attention they receive from my entire team, and I am grateful that our combined efforts ensure that the business runs nearly flawlessly. My team frees me up to spend quality time with my clients - and also to "have a life"! | | | Mick, Tracy, Barbara and Christi at "The Ofiice" |
The other REALTORs of Crosswind Realty include Nikki Hutmacher, focused on investment properties, and Julie Hoelscher, who is an expert in the residential communites of Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock.

The last member of my team is Larry Angelocci, who happens to be my father-in-law. He lives in Marble Falls and specializes in waterfront properties on Lake LBJ. He's lived on Lake LBJ and understands the lifestyle of Marble Falls. Larry is also an expert in golf course properties - he's a scratch golfer and I'll bet he's golfed every course within a 150 mile radius of Austin. He's even been know to tour golf course homes with clients in his golf cart!

Real Estate Contracts >Legal Documents
The stacks of papers that you have to sign in order to buy a house can leave you confused. The person conducting the closing will ask you to sign your name to countless documents that are filled with legal jargon. Some buyers just barely glance at each form and sign them without a lot of questions, while others find it very frustrating to try to read every form at the closing table.
You should read and understand the papers you sign. If you are getting a loan to buy the property, most of the paperwork will come from the mortgage company. In most cases, there is little time to read everything in advance because the forms arrive at the closing office shortly before closing is scheduled to begin. Most of the documents use standardized language, however, and you should be able to get copies of the documents ahead of time from the lender so that you can have your questions answered and be comfortable with the settlement process.
